AHAS Field Trips connect schools and youth groups across Hawai‘i with powerful arts-based experiences. From ʻāina-based learning to music, dance, and storytelling, each program nurtures cultural connection, healing, and creativity. Some trips are managed directly by AHAS, while others link you to trusted partners. Every experience comes with teacher resources to prepare students for a safe, inspiring, and meaningful day.

MAUI - SEPTEMBER - K-5 - Step into ʻĪao Valley for a day of ʻāina-based learning led by Native Hawaiian cultural practitioners. Students will connect to Hawaiian language, moʻolelo, hula, and healing arts while exploring the land and its stories. This immersive experience nurtures cultural pride, community connection, and environmental stewardship.

MAUI - OCTOBER 19-24 - Pre K-1 - We’re excited to bring Ryoji Music, a dynamic percussion duo, to Maui schools! These talented musicians offer joyful, interactive performances featuring instruments like the Djembe, Balafon, and ʻUkulele. Students will explore rhythms, songs, and games from around the world while discovering the unifying power of music.

PRINCE DAnce - COMING Soon!

Island of Hawaiʻi - K-12 - An energetic, culturally rich dance program that blends tradition, creativity, and movement. Students will experience the joy of dance while learning choreography, rhythm, and expression from professional teaching artists. More details and dates to come!
